Refund & Exchange Policy
At Silvercharms collections, we strive to ensure that you receive your orders in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase:
- No Refunds for Damaged Products We do not offer refunds for damaged products. However, we do provide replacements subject to the conditions below.
- Parcel Opening Video Mandatory: In case you receive a damaged product, you must have a record and provide a clear parcel opening video showing the issue. Without this, we cannot process any replacement.
- Replacement Eligibility:
- Damaged products must be reported and returned within 7 working days of delivery to be eligible for replacement.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will exchange it. The product must be returned in unused condition within 7 working days of delivery.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product for return. We are not responsible for any damage during return transit due to improper packaging.
- Late Returns: Products returned after the 7 working days window will not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
